Complete Data Confirmation through the Aeries Parent Portal before Round-Up.
Log in to Aeries Parent Portal from the OHS website.
Verify student and emergency contact information.
Click “Print New Emergency Card.”
Sign the printed form.
Student brings the signed form to Round-Up.
Students cannot receive their schedule without the signed Data Confirmation form.
Need help? Counseling Office computers and printers are available July 23-29, 8:00 AM-2:00 PM.

🎒 Round-Up Information
During Round-Up, students will:
- Turn in the signed Data Confirmation form
- Pick up class schedules
- Receive one free student ID card
- Pick up pre-ordered PE clothes
- Pay outstanding textbook fees
- Complete hearing screening (Sophomores only)
ID replacements are $5.00 in the Business Office. No PE clothes will be sold during Round-Up.
