About the Club
Oakdale High School boasts strong test scores and a vibrant community, as shown in our recent achievements. Nevertheless, Oakdale High School maintains a low four-year college enrollment rate.
The One Hundred Students Club at Oakdale High School is dedicated to boosting college enrollment rates. Our goal is to help 100 more students from our school pursue four-year college degrees, bridging the gap from our current 15% enrollment rate to the national average of 45%.
Activities and Programs
Our club offers a variety of programs and events to guide students toward college success. These include educational sessions like Lunch & Learns that highlight featured careers and colleges, senior panels discussing post-application experiences, insights into current college life, and panels with recent graduates sharing their journeys.
We host engaging events such as Signing/Announcement Nights to celebrate student commitments, family events to involve parents and siblings, and informational sessions tailored for families to learn about the college process.
Additionally, we facilitate sessions on understanding financial aid, comparing sticker prices to actual costs, support for first-generation students, and mentor programs. We also organize college visits and Zoom sessions with admissions officers to provide direct connections and valuable advice.

Graduates often enjoy greater career opportunities, with data showing significant income benefits compared to those with only a high school diploma. At Oakdale High School, where our current four-year college enrollment is just 15% against a national average of 45%, pursuing a four-year degree can transform futures.
